CAN YOU MAKE SOMETHING CUSTOM THAT ISN’T LISTED ON THE SITE?

We make a variety of items and are always looking for new items to add to our shop! We specialize in Custom Decals, Engraved Glassware, custom apparel and more. We are able to make an image with something you’ve seen in the shop or work with you to create something of your own design. Seen an image online that you like? We most likely can re-create it.

DO YOU MAKE ALL OF YOUR OWN DESIGNS?

For most of our products, yes. But some of our items are not a licensed product. We do NOT SELL or claim ownership over the character chipset or graphics. They belong to their respective owners. You are paying for the time spent designing and making the item. While the designs are custom made some characters are used that you may find familiar.

ARE YOUR VINYL DECALS SAFE ON WALLS?

Although we do NOT recommend putting our Permanent Vinyl Decals on a wall as it will rip off paint, we do have Removable Vinyl that is safe for all surfaces. Personally I have removable vinyl decals on our daughters bedroom walls and they look amazing and wont hurt the walls! If you’re looking for a decal for a wall please reach out to us so we can look into using removable vinyl. Please note that wall safe vinyl is MATTE and the colours vary from permanent vinyl.

HOW LONG WILL YOUR VINYL DECALS LAST ON MY VEHICLE?

We only use top quality vinyl for each and every order. We did product testing and researched for weeks before we found the perfect vinyl that will last 8+ years in indoor or outdoor weather.
That being said, our vinyl decals that get put on vehicles come with a 1 year guarantee warranty. If there’s any peeling within 1 year of the decal being applied to your vehicle please contact us for an exact replacement. You will required to send us a picture before a replacement is issued. Please note that the decal cannot be altered and you will receive the exact same one that was purchased.*

WHAT DOES “ENGRAVED GLASSWARE” MEAN?

Engraved Glassware means that the image is BURNED into the glass. It can be placed in the dishwasher to wash because the image is burned into the glass and cannot come off. This is an alternative to vinyl on a glass and is popular for -but not limited to- Wedding Flutes and Wine glasses for special occasions .

HOW IS YOUR APPAREL MADE?

We use a few different processes with our Apparel. One is Screenprinting, another is Direct Film Transfer (DTF) and some we use Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV). It depends on the image/design/quantity you’re having made, which method is used. We also use an industrial heat press to help distribute heat evenly on the garment with heavy pressure to have the best results. All of our Apparel is made and pressed in house to ensure quality control. It really is handmade with love.
