HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM TO BE MADE?

Once you have placed your order it will then be added to the que to be made. Please note that everything is made to order unless it’s listed otherwise, it may say RTS meaning Ready to Ship. Our products are made when you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions! Some holidays are busier than others and processing time could take anywhere from 1-8 business days. If you’re needing an order rushed, please send us a message before you place your order to see if we are able to make it for you by your deadline. Please note a $5 rush fee may be added for your order to be made above others that placed their order before you. Note that your rush fee is donated to the BC Adoption Foundation.

PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS

  • We are no longer making any orders without payment upfront. We will not be accepting payment upon pickup/delivery. Our website taked credit, debit, PayPal and e transfer. Cash unless received before your order is made, will not be accepted. We have been having too many custom orders completed and have been ghosted regarding them and most customs I can’t resell. Thank you for your understanding.
  • At checkout you may notice there is an “Other Payment Methods” link where you have the option to e-transfer us if you’d prefer. E transfers must be sent within 30 minutes of your purchase order or your order will be cancelled. In the event that we haven’t received your e transfer in the 30 min time slot, we may wait up to an hour and send you a text or email to touch base.

CUSTOM ORDERS

When you purchase a custom item we will send you a proof of the image/design before it is made so that there are no mistakes. Once you have approved that the design is correct it is then made right away and there is no way to make any changes. You may alter the image as many times as needed without getting charged any additional costs.

SHIPPING, DELIVERY & PICKUP

  • Please note that items to be shipped get sent out through Canada Post or UPS the day after the orders been completed.
  • Please do not show up for a pickup unless you have received an email or text that your order has been completed and is ready for pickup. Please contact us further to arrange a pick up time. You may text us a 250-204-2831 to arrange a pickup if that’s easier for you. We do not live in an are where we are able to leave an order outside for you.
  • Deliveries in Campbell River are made usually a day (sometimes two) after an order has been completed. I always try my best to get your order to you the next day but sometimes life happens and I’m not able to until the next day.
  • Any item being shipped is no longer our responsibility once it’s sent to the post office. You will always recieve an email with your tracking number unless you’ve ordered a decal, those ship without tracking since it’s only $1 post shipping.

WHAT IF MY ORDER HAS AN ISSUE?

Here at our shop we take any issue seriously. Although we do not accept returns or exchanges because each item is made to order, it is very important to us that you love the item you receive from us. While lots of love and hardwork go into each and every Handmade item we all know that sometimes mistakes are made. If you have a problem with an item you have received please send us a message so we are able to resolve the issue to the best of our abilities so that you won’t be disappointed. In the event that we resolve and issue with a refund or replacement please note that any shipping paid for will not be returned.
