A Little Bit About Our Fundraiser

Alison Trenholm is the daughter of Richard Harry and Catherine Naknakim, and a member of Homalco with close family connections to Wei Wai Kai and Wei Wai Kum. She has a loving husband, three devoted daughters, and two beautiful granddaughters.

Alison has devoted her life to her family and her community, becoming an amazing role model for her daughters and a respected leader in her community. Her light, warmth, and passion brings inspiration and joy to the people she interacts with and works with.

Recently, Alison was diagnosed with multiple myeloma, which is a type of blood cancer that she will be fighting the rest of her life. She is currently undergoing treatment to get control of the cancer and will require a stem-cell transplant. The transplant will require Alison to be in Vancouver for a month.

In support of Alison and the warrior journey she is on a cheer squad has been created, TTTKA (Time To Totally Kick Ass). The name comes from an acronym found in the movie White Chicks, which is Alison’s and her daughter’s favourite movie. We are now raising funds to support Alison when she goes to Vancouver, and with other required expenses while she battles cancer.

Please help us in showering Alison in not only our love, but in our support. We have created some swag that is available for purchase and a portion of each item purchased will go towards this fundraiser.

In addition, if you would prefer to just donate directly to Alison, your donation can be e-transfered to tttka.alison@outlook.com.

From the depth of our hearts, we thank you.
